With over 20 years of real estate expertise, Jennifer Ruelens is a powerhouse in property management and a leading force in Pennsylvania’s real estate investment community.

Jen’s career began as a leasing agent on a 300 unit property in Mechanicsburg, PA and over the years, she has honed her expertise to become a trusted advisor for property owners throughout Central Pennsylvania. Her deep understanding of the market, coupled with her strategic thinking, has allowed her to navigate complex property challenges and deliver results that exceed expectations.

As the owner of One Focus Property Management, Jen’s leadership extends beyond daily operations. She is actively involved in business development, overseeing sales, strategic growth, and the overall direction of the company. She is particularly focused on finding innovative ways to help investors grow their wealth, reduce their workload, and eliminate the stress often associated with property management.

Jen’s expertise is backed by her prestigious credentials, including the Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation, the highest level of recognition within the single and small multifamily property management industry. In addition to her MPM® designation, Jen is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Chapter of NARPM and served as its president in 2022, further solidifying her leadership within the industry.

Regarded as The Voice of the Hold, she has created a platform, Hold It with PM Jen, to educate and empower real estate investors, providing valuable insights, strategies, and resources to help them succeed. From producing online content to hosting regional meetups and conferences, Jen’s advocacy work has reached countless investors, helping them navigate the complexities of property management and investment.

Jessy is the Director of Operations and acting Maintenance Operations Manager, where she ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Her expertise includes eliminating obstacles, managing profit and loss, overseeing fleet operations, and keeping the team on track with training and compliance. Jessy diligently maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) and company communications, all while championing the company’s Proven Processes. She lives in South Williamsport, just down the street from her sister and the company's owner, Jen. When not traveling the world, perfecting her sourdough baking, or strategizing her next board game win, she’s probably reminding everyone of long-forgotten grammar rules she holds near and dear to her heart.

With 25 years of experience in property management, Jennifer serves as Senior Portfolio Advisor at One Focus Property Management. She holds two professional designations through NARPM—the Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Master Property Manager (MPM)—and brings extensive knowledge and experience to helping property owners successfully manage and grow their investments.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, especially trips to the beach with her family.

Outside of work, she coaches CrossFit, runs a small sports media company focused on women’s sports, and proudly cheers on her daughter from the wrestling sidelines. She loves spending time with her amazing family and helping stray cats through rescue and TNR efforts.

With 10 years of experience in property management, Danielle has developed extensive experience in property management accounting, along with a detail-oriented approach and a strong understanding of the industry.

Danielle has found her way to many different parts of Pennsylvania throughout her life. She grew up in Bloomsburg, PA, earned her bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University, and spent several years working in student housing, including positions with Bloomsburg University and West Chester University. In 2022, after welcoming her daughter, she decided it was time to make her way back to Central Pennsylvania, ultimately finding her way to One Focus Property Management.

In her current role, she manages owner financials and oversees tenant delinquency, maintaining a delinquency rate well below the industry average. She believes that working with tenants requires a balance of listening, education, and accountability—understanding each situation while remaining committed to upholding company policies.

She is an unapologetic lover of the colder months, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and raising her daughter to be strong, confident, and unapologetically herself.
